In Port Aransas 
Drive south on Alister Street from downtown Port Aransas. Alister Street becomes Hwy 361 after you cross G Street. The Mustang Island Art Gallery is on the east/right side as you drive south on Hwy 361, near the Port Aransas Community Theater/Chamber of Commerce building.
